Background:

St Paul's School is a caring and happy school with an enthusiastic and dedicated staff committed to the very highest standards of excellence and individual achievement. St Paul's is glad to be a Church of England school. It has close links with neighbouring St Paul's Parish Church, reflected in a school service in Church each term, other Church visits, and visits to the school by the clergy to take assemblies each week. Children are taught a variety of skills including word processing and data handling. All classrooms have at least one computer and children from Year 1 upwards regularly use the ICT suite. Music is taught in each class on a regular basis. There is a combination of singing, percussion and musical appreciation. There are a number of clubs including art, drama, choir, disco dancing, chess, aerobics and design technology, as well as a full range of sports including netball, football, cricket, cross-country running and rugby.
