Background:

St Martin's CofE Controlled Primary School, Dorking is a primary school for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is four to 11. This school is a caring Christian community where children come first. The school presently operates on two sites: a modern single storey building situated on the outskirts of the historic market town of Dorking and a smaller Victorian building that houses a class of reception and year one children. The school is grateful for the help that parents and friends offer to the school in so many ways. Recent club activities have included: art, choir, recorder, and netball for children. St Martin's is a friendly school in which a family atmosphere is created.
