Pyrford Church of England Aided Primary School is a primary school for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is four to 11. Classrooms are organised into an infant and a junior block. There is an active parents' association, which organises both social activities and fund-raising throughout the year. The school benefits greatly form these additional funds, which have provided valuable resources for the children. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered in lunchtime and after-school. These activities include football, orchestra, choir, netball, gym and performing arts. The school aims to provide the opportunity for every child to acquire the basic skills of literacy and numeracy and the opportunity to practice and develop these through a wide and varied curriculum.
